Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If you received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
