Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

How to Cancel Your Order

2. Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.
3. Our team will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may return the item(s) in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy once you have received them.

Refunds on Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Cancellable Orders

• Orders that have already been dispatched or delivered.
• Personalised or custom-made items.
• Digital products or downloadable content.
