Exchange Policy

At Nexvoora, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, we offer a straightforward exchange process to make things easy.

Eligibility for Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Exchange requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Personalised or custom-made products.
  • Digital downloads or software.
  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers).
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. cosmetics, underwear) once opened.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us via our Contact Us page within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
  3. Let us know what you would like in return (different size, colour, or product).
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  5. If approved, we will send you return instructions and a return address.

Return Shipping for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending items back for an exchange, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Receiving Your Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your exchange has been sent.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost to you.
